🍸 Preparation for 1 Gin & Tonic

Seven different plants are used to flavor this gin: besides juniper, there are lime, kumquat, citrus fruits such as grapefruit and tangerine, cardamom and lemongrass. Each of these ingredients is macerated and distilled separately before being added and mixed into the base of the spirit.
